In the “I probably could have figured this out on my own” category, F4WOnline.com has reported that the backstage word on why Roman Reigns entered the Royal Rumble at #30 was because WWE wanted to setup his match with The Undertaker at WrestleMania.
Additionally, WWE also felt that having Reigns come out at #30 would help Randy Orton get the biggest possible babyface pop from the live crowd that he could when he eliminated Reigns to win the Rumble. WWE figured that Reigns coming out at #30 would generate a massive amount of heat.
And they were right! Not only was the live crowd furious, but fans across social media were reacting in rage.
