According to a report from Ryan Satin for Pro Wrestling Sheet, there are “secret ” talks going on between WWE and Sinclair Broadcast Group, regarding a potential buy out of Ring of Honor.
The talks have been ongoing since January, and have been slowly moving forward. If a deal is completed, the early word is that the ROH TV show would begin airing on the WWE Network. There is no word on what would happen to the current ROH roster in the event of a buyout.
One must remember, WWE had similar talks with TNA last fall and nothing came of them.
