ESPN’s Brett Okamoto is reporting that newly signed Benson Henderson will face Bellator 170-pound champion Andrey Koreshkov on April 22 in Uncasville, Connecticut. It will be Henderson’s first fight for the promotion.
Koreshkov, (18-1) won the Bellator title with a unanimous decision victory over Douglas Lima last July. Henderson finished his UFC tenure with two consecutive victories over Brandon Thatch and Jorge Masvidal, respectively.
