We noted in a previous post that EVOLVE will host qualifying matches for the WWE Global Cruiserweight Series, as announced by William Regal at a recent EVOLVE show. According to a Twitter post by Joey Styles, Revolution Pro & PROGRESS Wrestling in the UK will be hosting qualifying matches as well.
In addition, PWInsider.com is reporting that WWE plans to film the entire tournament over a five-day period at Full Sail University, home of the majority of NXT Tapings, during the week of June 20th.
With the confirmed addition of talent from the UK being involved, it will be interesting to see what other countries host qualifying matches for the WWE Global Cruiserweight Series.
