According to several reports, TNA President Billy Corgan has filed a lawsuit against TNA Impact Wrestling, it’s parent company Impact Ventures LLC, the TNA Chairman Dixie Carter, TNA Chief Financial Officer Dean Broadhead and Carter’s husband Serg Salias.
The case was reported to be filed on October 12th in the Chancery Court of Nashville, TN.
Additionally, a temporary restraining order has been approved. Expect a hearing to happen next Friday October 20th at 11:30AM for a temporary injunction. Corgan has requested a six-person jury to decide the outcome of the case.
As of now, the filings to this lawsuit have been sealed down tight and there is no word on the details of the case.
