Brock Lesnar is now confirmed to be appearing at UFC 200. There is no word yet on who he will be stepping inside the octagon with on July 9, 2016.
The fight is officially a heavyweight bout to be determined. On a side note, Cain Velasquez vs. Travis Browne is already taking place in a heavyweight fight so those two can be ruled out as opponents for Lesnar at this time.
Lesnar’s last UFC fight took place at UFC 141 in a stunning 1st round TKO loss to Allstair Overeem.
WWE has issued a statement on the UFC return of Brock Lesnar and when we can expect to see him back in WWE:
“Brock Lesnar remains under contract to WWE, however, he has been granted a one-off opportunity to compete at UFC 200. Following this milestone event on July 9, Brock will return to WWE for SummerSlam on Sunday, August 21, live on WWE Network.”
