Fan reports are suggesting that Carmella suffered a sting in a match against Eva Marie at tonight’s WWE NXT live event in Nashville, Tennessee.
Carmella took a bump on the back of her head after taking a knee from Eva. Eva quickly got the pin to end the match. The referee threw up the “X”, which usually means there is a legitimate injury in the ring. The referee than motioned to the back for trainers and officials.
Carmella was apparently crying in the ring but did leave with some help. The fans started to chant “please retire” at Eva Marie. Carmella is alright and only suffered a stinger.
