NXT Superstar Fandango recently went under the knife for Tommy John Surgery, which will leave him sidelined for the foreseeable future.
Tommy John surgery is synonymous with Major League Baseball due to the frequency of pitchers having to undergo the procedure. It is done to repair the ulnar collateral ligament in the elbow.
The injury must have either been nagging or have just happened because he competed this past Wednesday on NXT.
Fandango took to Instagram to reveal the bad news, even joking about how he won’t be returning to baseball anytime soon:
