According to a tweet sent out by Hulk Hogan & other wrestling personalities, George “The Animal” Steele (Jim Meyers) has passed away at the age of 79.
We posted a Facebook post yesterday from Bob Backlund updating the world on Steele.
As the day went on, people updated that Steele entered hospice care. We are still waiting on confirmation from WWE.
