In a move that can be considered both surprising and not surprising, Impact Wrestling announced on Tuesday that it has released Scarlett Bordeaux.

Details are sketchy at this time, but it was previously reported that Bordeaux had asked for her release prior to the recent New York City TV tapings. It also remains to be seen if the recent incident at last week’s AAA show where Bordeaux was inappropriately grabbed by a fan had anything to do with her release.
It also remains to be seen what impact this will have on her boyfriend Killer Kross who also recently asked for his release.
