Longtime WWE Superstar Kane recently sat down with the New York Post to talk about his career, the road to WrestleMania, his political career, working with Braun Strowman and so much more. But what is catching some people’s attention is the comments made by Kane about his upcoming match at WWE Royal Rumble against Brock Lesnar and Braun Strowman for the Universal Championship.
Kane alluded to the fact that this upcoming match at the Royal Rumble could be one of his last opportunities to wrestle in the main event and be a prominent role on the main roster. He also said that it could be his last Royal Rumble all-together:
“I have to take advantage of every one that comes along. This might be the last one. I don’t know. I certainly think the match at Royal Rumble is going to be special for me. I’ve been in WWE for 22 years and that’s a long time and I still think I perform at a high level. But nevertheless, it’s been a long time and I know I don’t have many opportunities like this left.”
