According to Ariel Helwani of MMAFighting.com, CM Punk’s debut UFC fight against Mickey Gall is in the process of being put together and is reportedly taking place at UFC 203.
At this time, the fight isn’t a done deal, but is being worked on. It was previously reported that this fight could happen at UFC 202, the same card as the rematch between Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz, but those plans have changed.
On February 6, 2016, CM Punk was diagnosed with herniated disc in his back, and underwent surgery a few days later, which led to this fight to be postponed.
