The woman claims she was 16 at the time of her encounter with Scurll. Wrestling fans seem to be torn on how to react to the situation involving Scurll due to the legalities involved.
We also can’t discount the reaction due to the popularity of Scurll. Over the past few years, he has been one of the most popular wrestlers in the world.

Imagine your 16 year old little sister being drunk at a party with a 26 year old man who has every intention of taking full advantage of her?
Now please read Marty’s statement one more time and see if that makes you feel any different? Legalities aside, there is a moral responsibility to protect our children…the future of this planet.
