Marty Scurll has put out a bit of a broader statement today after some serious backlash from fans after his statement yesterday.
You can read his statement below, where he further explains his encounter with a 16 year old girl at a bar after a wrestling show that led to sex. At this point, Marty was around 10 years older than his accuser:

Marty is seeking forgiveness. This is hopefully a step in the right direction for the healing process of the accuser.
