Former WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella posted today on Instagram that she received “good news” from her doctor and is ready to take the “next step.”

Nikki Bella underwent surgery to fix a herniated disc in her neck months ago, which led to some concern she may never wrestle again. Obviously, that’s not the case and we can expect her return very soon.
