Since Roman Reigns announced his departure from WWE to battle leukemia, many have wondered how Reigns is doing considering he’s been staying away from social media.
A fan and local news anchor Susanne Brunner apparently bumped into Reigns at a hotel in Kauai, Hawaii and grabbed a picture with the former Universal Champion:

Obviously, this is no indication of how he’s doing medically, but it nice to see Reigns seemingly in good spirits.
