MVP announced on Twitter that he was no longer with TNA Wrestling.

While very few details at the time were revealed regarding his departure, Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that the promotion blamed MVP for the Hernandez incident that lead to TNA having to edit upcoming episode of Impact to not include Hernandez because he was still under contract with Lucha Underground.

Apparently, MVP was lobbying to bring Hernandez back to the company to help fill the void of no longer having Samoa Joe on the roster.

MVP was reportedly planning to leave TNA before the incident happened, however it was TNA that fired him before he could give his notice. It helps when you understand the link between early termination and breach of contract before moving forward to suing your previous employer for wrongful termination.
