A few weeks ago, we were covering the story of Renee Young having her two WWE Network shows, “Talking Smack” and “Unfiltered”, were essentially cancelled (Talking Smack will still be on after Smackdown Live pay-per-view-events).
Now it looks as if WWE is making it up to their top backstage correspondent by giving her the duty of working both Raw & Smackdown Live!
As seen on the past two weeks of Raw, Renee was fully involved in coverage of the Kurt Angle illegitimate son storyline, conducting a number of backstage interviews with Angle & his newly found son, Jason Jordan.
Current Raw backstage announcer, Charly Caruso, will continue her role on Raw moving forward. She confirms such in the following Instagram post by referring to herself & Young as the “dream team.”
