According to a new report from The Wrap, All Elite Wrestling is set to debut their weekly television show this Fall on TNT. The deal is considered “virtually done.”
The source for The Wrap claims that the deal will be announced shortly before WarnerMedia’s Upfront event this coming Wednesday.
It is expected that AEW President Tony Khan & some wrestlers will be appearing at the Upfront media event as a way to pitch the new promotion to potential advertisers.
While this deal isn’t 100% done, it has to be considered great news for all the players involved. The Wrap apparently reached out to AEW & TNT for comment on the story, but received nothing.
