According to a report via WrestleZone.com, former Impact Wrestling KNOCKOUTS Champion Chelsea Green has signed a contract with WWE and has reported to the performance center in Orlando, FL.
WZ is citing a Twitter account @SoDuTw, who has been a credible source for NXT-related news in the past.
Green joins an already stacked women’s division in WWE and this signing comes at no surprise as Green has been very public during WWE Performance Center tryouts earlier this year and the girlfriend of WWE Superstar Zack Ryder.
Some also may recognize Green from her appearances in Impact Wrestling as Laurel Van Ness and on WWE Tough Enough. Many in the company figured it was only a matter of time before she signed with the company after her Impact Wrestling run, which impressed many WWE officials.
