According to a report from Dave Meltzer, New Japan Pro Wrestling has decided to keep its relationship with Ring of Honor, and not enter a relationship with All Elite Wrestling at this present time.
The report states that AEW had hoped to let its talents work bigger NJPW shows, but that will not be the case at this time.
This news could explain Kenny Omega’s announcement that he is leaving NJPW at this time.
One could also think this news takes AXS TV off the table as a potential TV home for AEW.
