The 2019 WWE Hall of Fame class might have its first inductees.
According to a report from PWInsider, the first inductees to the 2019 WWE Hall of fame class will be The Hart Foundation.
However, the induction is for the original tag team consisting of Bret “The Hitman” Hart, Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart, and Jimmy Hart. Later member Danny Davis is not being inducted with the group.
The 1997 stable includingDavey Boy Smith, Owen Hart, and Brian Pillman are not being inducted at this time.
The ongoing tension between WWE and Martha Hart is why Owen will not be inducted at this time, and one would guess (hope) that WWE is saving Smith and Pillman for eventual single inductions.
The 2019 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony takes place April 5th, 2019 at the Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn, New York.
