According to a report from WrestlingINC.com, WWE Superstar Eva Marie‘s career with the company seems to be over, as it appears WWE will elect to not re-sign the red-headed bombshell. There is no exact word on when Eva’s contract is suppose to come to an end, but many believe it will expire shortly after WrestleMania.
Marie has been off television since she failed the company’s Wellness Policy back in August of 2016. There was heavy speculation that she would return in the SmackDown Women’s Championship match at WrestleMania, but that seems to not be the case and it looks like Eva Marie will miss the show.
Eva had been with the company since 2013 and starred in the hit reality show, “Total Divas,” for the show’s six seasons. Several months ago, there were rumors that the company was growing frustrated with her due to the fact that she wasn’t getting better in the ring and the Wellness Policy violation didn’t help either.
Obviously, things can change, so take this report with a grain of salt.
