After months of speculation on whether or not WWE will return to Saudi Arabia amid controversy, it looks like we have our answer.
According to a report via Fightful.com, WWE will be making their return to Saudi Arabia on May 3rd, 2019 for another special event.
As previously reported, WWE signed a 10-year contract with the Saudi Arabian General Sports Authority to bring sports entertainment to the country on an annual basis.
The last time WWE was in Saudi Arabia was for the Crown Jewel event on November 2nd, 2018, which was met with a large amount of controversy.
The controversy arose when Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi was killed and the Saudi Government was suspected to have played a role in it.
