Earlier this year, WWE received heavy criticism for their recent contract made with the Sports Authority of Saudi Arabia, in which WWE would perform annual shows in the country.
Since “Crown Jewel” (WWE’s most recent event in Saudi Arabia), WWE has not announced any dates to take place in 2019 at this time.
However, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is scheduled to return to Saudi Arabia in May and November of 2019.
At this time, it’s unclear with WWE will return.
The report also states that Superstars have just recently received their payouts for WWE Crown Jewel. The report cites that some talent is very happy with their compensation for the show, while others not so much.
