There is currently a report making the rounds that Ring of Honor have held preliminary talks with Spike TV about the possibility of monthly specials on their station. While we can’t confirm or deny this report, it is interesting to note that Ring of Honor COO Joe Koff spoke to PWInsider’s Mike Johnson yesterday in an interview which can be found in their Elite section, and when questioned about doing live specials said that it was something they were already looking at doing, but that if they did it he’d want it to be a national thing as ROH’s current syndicated TV deal only covers 40% of the United States.
Koff said that a live special could be happening before 2015 this over, so this coincides with the report making the rounds that ROH and Spike TV held preliminary talks. We’ll keep you updated if anything else occurs in relation to this story.
