According to documents obtained by E! News, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and his partner Mark Wahlberg are being sued for over 200 million dollars over their hit HBO show “Ballers.”
Everette Silas and Sherri Littleton are suing over the idea for the show “Ballers.” Allegedly, Silas and Littleton approached the Hollywood tandem in 2008 with the idea from a show they created in 2007 called “Off Season.” The show was refused by Johnson and Wahlberg, who then launched “Ballers” years later with a similar concept.
Actually, according to the suit, there are 27 similarities between the two shows.
