Adam Cole has defied the odds once again with the help of an unlikely ally in Roderick Strong. Cole & O’Reilly successfully defended the NXT Tag Team Championship tonight at NXT Takeover: New Orleans & won The Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic when Strong turned heel; viciously attacking his tag team partner, WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne.
After the match, Strong helped Cole & O’Reilly to their feet…taking the arm-band off of Adam Cole & putting it on. Roderick Strong has officially joined The Undisputed Era.
The injured Bobby Fish joined the trio on stage to pose with The Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Trophy.
