According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE management is currently in the process of breaking Lana and Rusev up as an on-screen couple.
As most already know, Rusev and Lana are married in real life, which WWE for some reason isn’t too happy about. As we saw on SmackDown LIVE this past week, WWE is planning on debuting a new character for Lana.
Even though both Rusev and Lana are on SmackDown LIVE, it’s being said that they will not be packaged together and will go their separate ways.
