Pro Wrestling Sheet’s Ryan Satin is reporting that former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins is getting close to a WWE return.
According to reports, Rollins is working out in the ring at his Black and Brave Wrestling Academy in Illinois. He’s being safe and smart by making sure to be careful with his knee.
Rollins is working without a knee brace a few times a week, but he’s been utilizing ice to help recovery & swelling immediately after his training ends. From current experience, this is common after most rehab and therapy sessions.
Rollins was injured in November and had reconstructive knee surgery with a recovery time of 6-9 months. Speaking from recent experience again, recovery times can be overstated to account for unforeseen set backs. His return can be expected in the summer and will be a huge boost for WWE’s depleted roster.
