Our close personal friend Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio is speculated that Bobby Roode & Eric Young‘s TNA departures are WWE related.

Talks with WWE have not been confirmed at this time, but with the way things have been going as of late, it shouldn’t shock anyone if one or both talents are signed to WWE contracts.

The current expansion of NXT & their full-time touring schedule has opened the doors for more talent to be acquired by WWE.

  1. It gets me that these guys, and AJ, they cry that TNA didn’t offer them more and they leave – shows their loyalty.

    Dixie isn’t a charity.

    You want more money?

Then put some butts in the seats – and don’t have less than 200 people at house shows.

      • Management isn’t as bad as people say – people see TNA numbers and they wanna crucify Dixie because Dixie is like the IWC punching bag and the IN thing to do in the IWC.

Fact is – look at the GOOD she did – she saved TNA first of all and it wouldn’t exist without her – she is like the Sharon Osbourne of wrestling…and this hits close to home because I am a HIGE Sabbath and Ozzy fan – saw them a couple months ago in concert.

Ozzy would be dead without Sharon.

TNA would be dead without Dixie.

She put them on Mondays and took a shot at WWE – that took grapefruits.

But she works hard – she gets TNA a home consistently – that gets taken for granted – that isn’t easy.

Yeah – she has made mistakes.

        But have you seen WWE?

WWE is pure PG garbage – look at THEIR numbers – don’t compare WWE to TNA – compare WWE to WWF and itself and what they USED to get.

This Mania looks terrible and is horribly booked.

I seriously watch WWE and try to see where they are better than TNA, and I don’t see it….AT ALL.

        WWE isn’t better than TNA.

WWE is where it is because of branding and that is wearing out.

If WWF was the way it was in the 80s that WWE is now – they wouldn’t have surprised.

Look how SCSA created 3:16 at KOTR – that SAVED WWF.

A LOT of guys have had the ball in TNA and dropped it.

At some point you have to quit pointing the finger at Dixie – and blame talent somewhere along the line.

Dixie does and CAN do only so much.

        • Her PARENTS saved TNA. Look at how they’ve floundered without Panda Energy’s financing. If Dixie is the equivalent of Sharon Osborne, then TNA WOULD NOT be in the position it’s in now. Her “mistakes” have been large enough to cause multi year setbacks for the company (they wouldn’t need to look for investors otherwise).

    • And these guys know the company’s financial situation – they have to take some responsibility – and not hold DIxie up for WWE-type money when their contract is up.

      That is ridiculous.

      Dixie isn’t a billionaire.
