As per PWInsider, Tommaso Ciampa will most likely need surgery after suffering an injury at an NXT live event days before NXT Takeover: Chicago. Ciampa reportedly suffered another leg injury during the Ladder Match at Takeover which was won by the Authors Of Pain.
Ciampa was seen on crutches during the NXT tapings this past week and vowed to be the most “dangerous man in wrestling” when he returned.
