Yesterday, longtime TNA Knockout Christy Hemme announced on her Twitter that she has finished up her run with the company.
In addition, PWInsider.com is reporting that Velvet Sky will be finishing her current run with the company as well.
The rumor going around at the recent TNA Tapings is that Velvet is done. Velvet has been dating Bubba Ray Dudleys for quite a while now, but there doesn’t seem to be any concrete evidence that she will be heading to WWE.
Just a quick opinion: I can see Velvet jumping into the NXT Women’s Division pretty swiftly.
Velvet is a tattooed hoe – and her heart hasn’t been in the company since her sugar daddy LoMonaco left – Good riddance.
Hemme is no loss – any dim bulb can do the ring announcing.
I hope Velvet joins WWE. She’s such a great worker.
After the RAW and SD ratings this week:
It is confirmed.
The NXT guys don’t draw.
WWE taking blading out has really hurt the product.
Blading is old school.
Courtney Rush > Velvet Sky
Whatever happened to MsChif?
I know she’s married to Elgin.
In recent weeks, word got out that TNA is in financial ruin and could be forced to “take on an investor” in the immediate future. As reported by the Wrestling Observer, Aroluxe Media has been funding TNA’s recent television tapings and could assume partial control of the company if TNA defaults on their debts.
According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, a company called Summit Strategic Investments is in talks with TNA Wrestling about buying into the company. SSI specializes in “transforming troubled assets” and is the company that helped turn around Segway and Fisker Automotive.
What does SSI’s involvement have to do with Aroluxe? As it turns out, Aroluxe Media CEO Jason Brown is the brother of Roger Brown, CEO of SSI. However, the report by Pro Wrestling Sheet states that Aroluxe is NOT in talks to buy a stake in TNA.
In the event that SSI does buy into TNA, it’s expected that TNA will continue to outsource their production (and other functions) to Aroluxe, the company that employs Ron and Don Harris.

GREAT SIGN!
I’m sure the quality of TNA programming this year is why a lot of people are interested.
Looks like TNA is in good shape after all!
This story improved my weekend DRAMATICALLY!
Just further strengthens my belief that TNA is the best brand in the biz , followed by ROH!
🙂
Velvet is no loss – I’m glad they got rid of Roode too – never liked him – they did NOTHING to improve numbers or the company.
Good riddance.
Oh please if they strictly kept people who actually got them above what they normally get only Hogan and Sting would be wrestling for that glutton for punishment
When Hogan and Sting left – numbers didn’t go lower at all.
Those old men didn’t draw anymore.
They don’t even draw in WWE anymore.
