The future of Lucha Underground is still officially unknown with talent not been told anything definitive about a second season.
Company officials are under the impression there will be a second season which has resulted in a number holding off on independent bookings in August and September. Lucha has priority over their talent’s bookings and this would be the period the first round of tapings would take place for season 2.
There is reportedly a strong interest in bringing in former EVOLVE star AR Fox.
