According to several unconfirmed reports, Wade “King” Barrett will be leaving WWE after his contract expires.
Barrett reportedly gave notice to WWE officials that when his contract is up in June, that he will not be signing a new contract. Apparently, Barrett revealed to WWE brass that he was no longer enjoying his time with the company and that he would like to move-on to other opportunities.
Wade Barrett has been mainstay talent on the WWE main roster since 2010, but due to injuries and creative woes, he has never really found his groove in WWE.
Again, these reports are still unconfirmed, so with that being said, we’ll certainly let you know if anything changes.
