WWE confused us even more regarding Shane McMahon vs. The Undertaker at WrestleMania 32 inside Hell In The Cell

Taker VInce

So The Undertaker is a McMahon lackey now?

I’m confused and so is everyone else. With the news last week coming out that a returning Shane McMahon will face The Undertaker at WrestleMania inside Hell in a Cell, the world was waiting to hear Taker’s response. Last night on Raw, we got that opportunity, but learned pretty much nothing from it. Vince says Taker is fighting on his behalf, Taker says ok.

How confusing is that?

You have the biggest legend and arguable the biggest active-ish babyface on the WWE roster who is now playing muscle man for Vince McMahon, one of the biggest heels in the company? Holding out hope here and excited about this storyline, but WWE, you had Undertaker use an appearance up for that?

Thanks for reading, everyone.

  1. The Taker segment was a waste. For all the hype, it should’ve lasted a lot longer, maybe gave us Taker’s reasons for going along with Vince(though history shows that when Taker works with Vince, a title run is usually in the picture). The fact that such a heavily hyped return was less than five minutes was a gross disappointment and really killed that crowd.

I get that Undertaker doesn’t NEED to come out and do a long promo to sell the match, and that they still have 4.5 weeks to tell the story, but for WWE to so heavily hype his return for such a short segment that really did very little was a stupid move.

  2. The thing I hated most about Raw was every hour started with a boring promo from a McMahon family member. First it was Triple H at 8, Stephanie at 9 and Vince at 10.

It’s such an antiquated & abysmal formula that stays the course, but doesn’t amount to anything special.
