WE GOT NO SURPRISES HERE …and that’s not a bad thing
Every champion retained their championships and looked strong before WrestleMania (or NXT Takeover: Dallas for the NXT crew). Roadblock was a glorified house show like the MSG show in October and Beast in the East last July and that wasn’t a bad thing.
Roadblock was a solid show overall and the matches made you think there was going to be a change in the plans. However, with a depleted roster, that was not going to happen. Did this card made me excited for WrestleMania?
The answer to that is no but after NXT’s Tag Title Match, I’m looking forward to Takeover: Dallas!
